What you really, really want! Okay, maybe I just dated myself with that Spice Girl’s song, but the 90s were epic, okay? Now, on a more serious note...did you know that our team of bloggers rack their brains every single day to come up with marvelously compelling content, just for you? Our fitness trainers sweat their little hearts out coming up with new workout miracles, our dietician pours over recipe and nutrition books, and we humble copywriters are just like you—striving every day to be a little healthier and more active. (We have some amazing athletes to compete with in this office, so we’re constantly being motivated!)
But what we really want to know is...is it working? Does our content really help you out? All we can do is smooch our little baby blog posts and send them out into the big, wide world for your perusal.
So tell us how we’re doing, plus would you let us know what it is you really want? What kind of content compels you? What kind of articles would help you on your pathway to better health and happiness? Consider this your opportunity to tap into the minds of our fitness and diet experts, and we’ll consider it our chance to delve deeper into our research and experience to come up with exactly what you need.
For example, do you want personal stories about how iFit has changed lives? Do you adore the recipes and want to keep them coming? Do you want to be a featured blogger that has an amazing iFit experience to share? Or are you just interested in watching funny videos of dogs running on our treadmills? Whatever kind of content captures your fancy that has to do with iFit, we want to know about it! Leave your comments below or on one of our social media sites!
Can’t wait to hear from you!

When it comes to a customized, interactive workout experience, it doesn’t get better than heart rate training. Our new, groundbreaking feature called ActivePulse uses your heart rate to personalize your workout. It’s the newest way to experience an interactive, personalized experience with iFIT. What is ActivePulse? ActivePulse is iFIT’s first heart rate training feature, designed for users who want to get the most out of their workouts. With ActivePulse turned on and a Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor connected to your treadmill, the intensity of your workout will be automatically adjusted, based on your target heart rate zone. You will automatically be sped up or slowed down in order to maintain the ideal heart rate zone for your workout. This includes recovery, speed, or strength runs! Ready to explore ActivePulse? Try the ActivePulse Training Series! If you’re ready to try this new feature and put heart rate training to work for you, join the ActivePulse Training Series that covers all the basics of ActivePulse and heart rate training as you explore beautiful San Diego. Filmed in 2019, this six-part program is led by iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs Puzey. Together, you’ll run through San Diego as you learn how to use the ActivePulse feature. You’ll also learn about the five heart rate zones, cardiac drift, and how your heart responds to stress. As you explore different zones, Tommy will continue to adjust your workout in order to set the perfect intensity for your fitness level.
