Nourish Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned, rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 2 scoops vanilla Nourish protein powder
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ⅔ cup milk

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar, then shake.
  • Cover with lid and place in fridge overnight (or for at least three hours), then enjoy!
