Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Nourish protein powder
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
Directions
- Place the butter in a saucepan and melt over medium-high heat.
- Cook the butter until well browned. It should have a nice, caramel color.
- And the brown sugar, peanut butter, and Nourish.
- Continue to stir until smooth.
- Stir in the oats.
- Once everything is well combined, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- And using a spoon, drop about cookie mixture onto the parchment paper.
- Allow to cool at room temperature or freeze. (I prefer mine frozen.)
- Store in an airtight container.
