
Autumn Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ cup molasses
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients (except for the chicken).
- Place the chicken in a large ziploc bag and pour the marinade in.
- Marinate anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours.
- Bake the chicken in a large casserole dish for 25-30 minutes at 400°F, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
