
Baked Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- ½ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 stick celery, diced
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons low-fat olive oil mayo
- 1 tablespoon plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 (8-ounce) can crab meat
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Stir together the bread crumbs, parsley, celery, garlic powder, salt, onions, and crab meat.
- Whisk together the mayo, Greek yogurt, Dijon, and egg.
- Combine the crab mixture with the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Form into four patties. Bake for 20 minutes on a greased pan.
