
Baked Fish Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound cod, cut into 2-ounce strips
- ⅔ cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix the cajun, garlic, and breadcrumbs together.
- Dip the fish in the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs.
- Place on the baking sheet. Lightly spritz with cooking spray to help the breading stay on.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
