
Baked Hummus Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 4 (4-ounce) chicken breasts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the hummus with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and spread the hummus mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
