
Cranberry Brie Crostini
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ a french baguette, sliced thin
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 4 ounces triple cream brie
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Brush both sides of baguettes with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 5 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together cranberries, vinegar, and rosemary.
- Top each baguette with a slice of brie and a spoonful cranberries.
