
Crunchy Apple Ham Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ sweet apple, thinly sliced
- ½ cup arugula
- 1 ounce munster cheese
- 2 ounces deli ham
Directions
- Spread the Dijon on one slice of the bread. Drizzle honey on top.
- Layer the rest of the ingredients on the bread and top with the remaining slice of bread. Enjoy cold or (for a toasty version) cook in a panini press until cheese is melted.
