
Grilled Avocados
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 avocados, halved
- ¾ cup pico de gallo
Directions
- Blend together the oil, juice, salt, and garlic. Brush the flesh of the avocado with the mixture.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the avocados, face-down, for 5-8 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and fill each avocado half with two tablespoons of pico de gallo.
