
Italian Sausage Bake
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash (about 6 cups), cooked
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into ⅛-inch rounds
- 1 pound Italian turkey sausage, sliced and cooked
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded, part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Press the spaghetti squash into the bottom of a 9x13” casserole dish. Top with zucchini and sausage. Spread the marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with foil, then bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for a further 5-10 minutes.
- Divide into 6 portions and enjoy!
