
Maple Nut Butter
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted almonds
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions
- Toast the nuts on the stovetop in a skillet until fragrant—about 5 minutes. Add the coconut during the last minute.
- Combine the nuts, coconut, salt, and syrup in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy—up to ten minutes.
- Enjoy with apples, celery, or toast!
