
Orange-glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds pork tenderloin
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ¼ red onion, diced
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup chili sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a glass pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, pepper, garlic, and ground thyme.
- Pour the oil and spice mixture over the pork.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
- While tenderloin is roasting, Mix marmalade, onion, and chili sauce together in a small bowl.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven.
- Smear the marmalade mixture over the tenderloin.
- Return back to the oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155˚F.
- Cool for 5 minutes before carving.
