
Paleo Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- ½ teaspoon chili paste
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 1 head Boston lettuce leaves (for serving)
- ½ cup shredded carrots (for topping)
Directions
- Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet with the ginger and garlic. Stir in the green onions, water chestnuts, chili paste, cashew butter, and coconut aminos. Cook for two more minutes.
- Fill the lettuce leaves with ½ cup of the turkey mixture, then top with shredded carrots.
