
Pumpkin Chili
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (15-ounce) can unsalted diced tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 (15-ounce) can low-sodium kidney beans, with liquid
- 1 (15-ounce) can low-sodium black beans, with liquid
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1 (8-ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Cook the turkey in the bottom of a large stockpot.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
