
Roasted Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- 12 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
- Toss the tomatoes with the oil and seasonings, leaving out the cheese.
- On a lined cookie sheet, spread the tomatoes out.
- Broil on low for 5–8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the pasta, tomatoes, and cheese.
