
Simple Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can low-sodium garbanzo beans
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup water
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
Directions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse on low to avoid splashing.
- Once things start to break up and combine, process continuously for 1-2 minutes until everything is smooth and blended. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
