
Slow Cooker Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 cups white grape juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced and divided
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pounds salmon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine juice, vinegar, 1 lemon, onions, and bay leaf in slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes. Turn down to low and add salmon, skin-side down. Sprinkle top of salmon with salt and pepper and cook for 2 hours.
- To serve, remove from slow cooker and garnish with additional lemon slices.
