Strawberry Peach Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey (agave for vegan)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth, but a few small pieces of fruit remain.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Feel free to use whatever fruit is in season!
