
Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sun-dried Tomato Cream Cheese*
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- ¼ medium cucumber, cut into sticks
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 ounces roasted, deli style turkey breast
Sun-dried Tomato Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 6-8 leaves fresh basil
- ¼ cup bottled sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Pulse all cream cheese spread ingredients in a food processor until tomatoes and basil are chopped and incorporated.
- Save extras in the fridge for later use.
- Spread cream cheese on the tortilla. Sprinkle with spinach.
- Lay the turkey slices on top and place the cucumber in the center.
- Roll up and enjoy!
