
Turkey Brie and Peach Panini (with cooking irons)
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Brie cheese
- ½ cup spinach
- 4 ounces frozen peaches, sliced
- 16 slices whole wheat bread
- 16 ounces deli turkey
Directions
- Blend together the Brie, spinach, and ½ of the frozen peaches until smooth.
- Coat the inside of the Camp Chef Cooking Irons with cooking spray.
- Place 1 slice of bread in one side.
- Add 2 tablespoons of spread and 2 ounces of turkey to the sandwich
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Place the other side of the cooking iron on top, then shut.
- Cook over the fire until bread is toasted to a golden brown. (Cooking time can vary, depending on placement in the fire, so check regularly to avoid burning.)
