Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon minced mint
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ounce feta
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the watermelon with the mint, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add the feta just before serving.
