Overnight Apple Oat Smoothie
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Add all ingredients to a jar and shake. Cover with lid and place in fridge overnight or for at least three hours.
- The next morning, pour contents into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour back into jar or glass. Enjoy!
