Paleo Banana Breakfast Bars

TOTAL TIME:40 min

For a quick, on-the-go breakfast that is a little sweet, these Paleo Banana Breakfast Bars hit the spot. They are kind of a mash-up between banana bread and a granola bar. While I was following the paleo diet, these were perfect for those days that I was on the run. You can also use them as a post-workout snack or for a sweet treat. These also freeze well, so I recommend making a big batch!
