This month, we’re unwrapping an exciting lineup of new series designed to keep you feeling strong and energized during the busiest time of the year.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost endurance, or just stay active amidst the hustle of the holidays, we have you covered. There are two Challenges to tackle this month, along with new releases to help shake up your routine.
Let’s make this your strongest season yet – here’s what’s new for December.
New releases
- Hike the Rockies (12/02): Head north with iFIT Trainer Heather Jenson on a fitness journey through Jasper National Park in Canada. In part 3 of the Hike the Rockies Series, you’ll mix things up with steady-state hikes, speedplay runs, and endurance challenges as you explore the breathtaking scenery. (Treadmill/Elliptical)
- Bike the Rockies (12/02): Continue the journey with iFIT Trainer Yuri Hauswald in part 3 of the Bike the Rockies Series. You’ll work to improve your aerobic endurance and strength in six workouts focused on intervals, endurance, and climbs through the majestic backdrop of Jasper National Park. (Bike)
- Row the Rockies (12/02): Experience the thrilling finale of the Row the Rockies Series with iFIT Trainer Susan Francia! Together you’ll focus on endurance, HIIT, and power rowing workouts to push your limits to become a stronger rower–all in the serene lake waters of Jasper National Park. (Rowing)
- Pure Cardio: Time Crunch (12/02): Short on time but big on fitness? iFIT Trainer Richard Biglia has you covered! Join him in the studio for workouts featuring jogs, sprints, and hill climbs to help you build endurance–all in under 20 minutes. (Treadmill)
- Recovery Rides (12/09): Need rides to tag on to the end of another workout? These three standalone workouts with iFIT Trainer John Peel are just the thing: they’re short and designed to help you recover and reset to prepare for your next big workout. (Bike)
- Winter Holiday Strength Series (12/16): iFIT Trainers John Peel, Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, and Paulo Barreto have teamed up for a holly jolly good time! These holiday-themed strength workouts are perfect to get a great burn as you prepare for the hustle and bustle of the season. (Strength)
- Yellowstone & Grand Tetons Snowshoeing Series (12/16): Explore iconic destinations like Old Faithful and Mystic Falls as you snowshoe with iFIT Trainer Elyse Miller. She’ll help you boost your fitness with speed intervals, steady-state training, and Tabata workouts as you venture into the wild wonders of the West. (Treadmill/Elliptical)
- Movement Demos (12/30): Dive into 13 NEW movement demos in the Library! iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, John Peel, and Paulo Barreto will help you perfect your form as you take on new strength movements. (Strength)
New Challenges
- True North Challenge (12/01-12/31): Featuring three NEW series in Jasper and Banff National Park, there’s so much to explore: hiking with iFIT Trainer Heather Jenson, biking with iFIT Trainer Yuri Hauswald, and rowing with iFIT Trainer Susan Francia. Each series features brand-new workouts to help you improve your fitness and chase your goals in some of the most beautiful parks in Canada. (Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike/Rowing)
- Frost & Flex Challenge (12/16-12/31): Head to the iFIT Studio with iFIT Trainers John Peel, Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, and Paulo Barreto for five strength workouts. You’ll focus on building total-body strength with each of the five workouts, sure to make you feel merry and bright in less than 15 minutes! (Strength)
