November has officially arrived and with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season quickly approaching, we have new workouts to help you stay motivated and get moving this month.
We have incredible new series launching in November to help you feel prepared to take on the slopes, honor the service of our Veterans, and build strength. Plus, iFIT Trainer John Peel will help you feel ready for Thanksgiving with a themed strength training workout!
The days may be longer and darker in the fall, but all of these workouts will have you shining in no time. Here’s what’s new in November.

New releases
- Train for Skiing (11/01): Want to prepare for an upcoming ski trip? iFIT Trainer Shannon Cooper and professional alpine skier Ryan Cochran-Siegle have joined forces to bring you a series that will have you feeling slope ready. They’ll focus on strength, stamina, and mobility so you can make the most of the ski season! (Bike/Strength)
- Train for Snowboarding (11/01): Prefer to snowboard? We have you covered! iFIT Trainer Knox Robinson and professional snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis will lead you through strength, endurance, and mobility workouts. You’re sure to feel ready to take on the mountain in no time! (Treadmill/Elliptical/Strength)
- Stories of Service: A Veteran Experience (11/11): Hike as you hear the incredible stories of three Veterans – Vince Vargas, Joe Bates, and Kirstie Ennis – who share their journeys of sacrifice and resilience. Set in the stunning Catskills of New York, this series honors Veterans and will inspire you to reflect on the true meaning of service. (All workout types)
- Thanksgiving Strength Training (11/18): Embrace the Thanksgiving spirit with iFIT Trainer John Peel! He’ll lead you through a quick strength workout to get your body moving with weights or bodyweight (your choice!) to help you focus on gratitude as you move your body. (Strength)
- Strength Finishers (11/25): Looking for an extra burn? These quick strength workouts from iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, and Paulo Barreto are perfect to add ons. Each finisher focuses on a different part of your body for a targeted workout. (Strength)
New Challenges
- Train for the Slopes Challenge: Skiing (11/01-12/31): Get ready to ski with iFIT Trainer Shannon Cooper and professional alpine skier Ryan Cochran-Siegle! The duo will take you through six workouts in the Train for Skiing Series. Each workout is designed to prepare you for the slopes as you build strength, stamina, and mobility. (Bike/Strength)
- Train for the Slopes Challenge: Snowboarding (11/01-12/31): Join iFIT Trainer Knox Robinson and professional snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis for six workouts from their Train for Snowboarding Series. Each workout covers essential training techniques aimed at boosting strength, endurance, and mobility—perfect for getting ready for the slopes. (Treadmill/Elliptical/Strength)
- Veteran’s Stories Challenge (11/11-11/30): Learn the inspiring stories of three Veterans – Vince Vargas, Joe Bates, and Kirstie Ennis – as they share their journeys. Join them in the Catskills in New York, exploring as you hear deeply personal accounts of their experiences. This Challenge honors Veterans, inspiring you to reflect on the true meaning of service.
