Visit Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii in this tropical fitness adventure! You’ll spend the next four weeks exploring the splendor of Hawaii with iFIT Trainers Stacie and Chris Clark. They’ll show you around Kauai and the Big Island as you hike canyons, run rainforest trails, and cross-train on the beach in the Hawaiian Islands Toning Series.

A trip to Hawaii wouldn’t be complete without stopping by iconic black-sand beaches, spotting daring surfers, and taking in the incomparable ocean views. Your Hawaiian adventure with Stacie and Chris will also include a visit to the Onomea Botanical Gardens, an introduction to Kauai’s rich history, and running through Waimea Canyon, dubbed the Grand Canyon of the Pacific!
