
Slow Cooker Apple Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 large Gala apples, sliced
- 4 center, thick-cut, boneless pork chops (4 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (gluten-free, if needed)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
1. Layer the onions, apples, and pork chops in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Whisk together the honey, Dijon, and vinegar. Pour on top.
3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
