At iFIT, we’re committed to delivering the industry’s most innovative fitness equipment and immersive workout experiences. This year alone, we’ve implemented various software upgrades to the iFIT platform to serve you better. As we introduce even more cutting edge technology, it’s the right time to say goodbye to some of our older machines.
We are discontinuing iFIT support for older generation machines on April 30, 2023. What does this mean for you? After these changes are implemented, those affected will lose access to all iFIT software updates and workouts, but still be able to use their machines in manual mode and complete any workouts that were preloaded on the machine. Take a look at your dashboard and compare it to the images below.

iFIT Wifi Module users
If your machine utilizes an external iFIT Wifi Module, your iFIT support will be discontinued.
