
Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon curry powder (or any other seasoning you’d like)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- While the oven is preheating, cut the sweet potatoes into fourths, then cut each fourth into 10 fries.
- Place cut potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Stir, making sure potatoes are lightly coated.
- Sprinkle all the seasoning over the potatoes and stir till well combined.
- Place potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flip the potatoes over, then cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
