Very Berry Fruit Leather

Homemade fruit leathers are a great snack when made with real fruit. They contain antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients from the fresh fruit. This recipe also has only 35 calories per strip! These are easily made vegan with agave and are also paleo-friendly.

          1. Line a jelly roll pan or a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
          2. Puree the fruit, lemon juice, and agave in a blender. Pour onto the baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
          3. Place in the oven on the oven’s lowest heat setting (typically around 170°F). Cook for 6 hours. When done, the leather should be sticky to the touch, but not liquidy.
          4. Slice into 9 strips and enjoy!
