Where’s the Bacon? Quesadilla

It’s hard to deny that bacon is delicious. However, it’s not what I suggest for an everyday food, or even a weekly food, for that matter. So for all of those bacon lovers who are trying to limit their intake, we have a secret ingredient: smoked paprika! We know it’s not bacon (what could replace bacon?), but it adds a nice savory, smoky flavor that might just trick your taste buds!

          1. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Heat on a stovetop over medium heat.
          2. Place a tortilla in the pan. Add chicken, cheese, and paprika. Place the other whole wheat tortilla on top.
          3. Cook for two minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted.
