Whole30® Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
This recipe was honestly created out of laziness. I’d already made some buffalo chicken and intended to put inside of baked sweet potatoes and serve them with a side salad. I was also tired and hungry, so I sautéed some sweet potatoes and intended to just put the chicken over them. However, I still wanted more veggies, so inside of the lettuce leaves it went. The spicy chicken and the cool lettuce with little bites of sweet potato made the dinner I was dreading to make into one I wanted to make again and again! Serve with extra ranch, if you’d like.
