This high-protein, high-fiber lunch is a delicious way to stay full until dinner! I love tuna, but I always find it rather boring...but there’s nothing boring about this tuna. It’s loaded with veggies and almonds, giving it a nice crunch and making each bite a pleasure. You can use a normal mayonnaise in it, but I highly recommend using the chipotle lime one. It lends just a hint of heat and citrus that your taste buds will love!
