Women’s History Month: Celebrating the Women of iFIT

March signals the start of Women’s History Month, and we’re spotlighting all the incredible women who make up iFIT. Much of our fitness content has been created and produced by our female staff members and trainers, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Whether you’ve worked out with our female trainers or you’re just beginning to learn who’s who in our trainer-led workout, here’s your chance to get to know some of our most popular female trainers! From first-place marathon finishes and Olympic medal wins to starting their own fitness businesses from the ground up, these women showcase the profound mark they’ve made as female athletes.

Hannah Eden

Hannah Eden

For years, Hannah Eden has worked on her craft as a coach and CrossFit® athlete. In 2014, she began competing at an elite level, becoming one of the Top 100 Fittest Women in the Southeast Region of the U.S. Shortly after, she started PumpFit Club—a boutique, upscale facility that hosts group sessions with a unique approach to HIIT training. That experience, combined with her knowledge in free-weight training and Olympic lifting, is what makes Hannah one of the top fitness leaders today. You can expect her workouts to be a little wild and always a good sweat.

Sanya Richards-Ross

Sanya Richards-Ross

Starting her running career at a young age, iFIT Trainer Sanya Richards-Ross is the second most decorated female track and field Olympian of all time and the fastest American woman in history at the 400-meters. With 4 Olympic gold medals, Sanya solidified her place in sports history in the 2012 London Olympic games by becoming the first American woman in 28 years, and only the second in history, to be crowned Olympic Champion of the 400-meter race. In her free time, Sanya is also an entrepreneur, TV personality, public speaker, humanitarian, and proud mom. 

Ashley Paulson

Ashley Paulson

Raised in Utah, Ashley Paulson has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her dad, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at eight years old. Today, she’s an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who is also certified in kickboxing and cycling. As an Ironman athlete, she is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout. Some of her favorite things to do are hike, paddleboard, and eat!

Kayla Itsines

Kayla Itsines

Since creating and co-founding the Sweat App in 2015, iFIT Trainer Kayla Itsines has been a trailblazer for women in the fitness industry. Driven by a strong sense of community, Kayla has created one of the world’s largest online fitness communities, reaching millions globally with her unique fitness programming. In 2021, she brought her training style to the iFIT platform. Kayla is excited to expand her community to help members discover health and wellness benefits and find the confidence to dream big and succeed.

AnaMaria Ramirez

AnaMaria Ramirez

Born and raised in Costa Rica, AnaMaria Ramirez has always led an active lifestyle. She was a ballet dancer until college, where she fell in love with the gym, trails, and outdoor workouts. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, EREPS Certified Fitness Instructor, and TRX Certified Trainer, AnaMaria loves to watch her clients achieve their goals and maintain healthy lifestyles. Her ideal workout is a combination of weightlifting and a touch of cardio. Even in her spare time, she loves to work out. If she’s not doing that, then you can find AnaMaria at the beach!

Stacie Clark

Stacie Clark

Stacie Clark’s passion for health and fitness began during childhood. She excelled as a three-sport varsity athlete in high school and has since channeled that love for sports into a successful career. She’s now a celebrity trainer, mother of two, and co-founder and CEO of Tiger Athletics. When Stacie’s away from work, she continues to embrace an active, athletic lifestyle, training for and competing in adventure races, CrossFit® challenges, and races ranging from 10Ks to urbanathlons.
