I run because I can. When I get tired I remember those who can't run, what they would give to have this simple gift I take for granted, and I run harder for them. I know they would do the same for me.

I did join originally in 2010 but my module wouldn't connect after they updated so my mileage didn't start until this month when I got a new treadmill. I'm always fighting my weight but winning!

Severe Acute Pancreatitis some years ago & subsequently put on a massive amount of weight & became Type 2 Diabetic. Very unfit & motivationally weak. My target is to get below 100Kg.
