Trainer Games 2 Contestant Contest Voting Terms

Only individuals who are members of the iFIT Facebook group are eligible to vote. By casting a vote, you agree to be bound by these Trainer Games 2 Contestant Contest Voting Terms and the decisions of iFIT, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The decision of the Sponsor with respect to the tallying of votes, and the invalidation or disqualification of any suspected votes, is final.  Voting is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

All eligible Entries will be featured in the iFIT Facebook Group. To vote, between 12:01 am PT on September 25, 2026 and 11:59 pm PT on September 28, 2026. (“Voting Period”), click on the link provided via any of the Contest communications within the iFit Facebook Group and follow the directions to complete and submit the voting form. During the Voting Period, individuals will be able to review all eligible Entries to select the contestant they want to be their next iFit trainer based on the persuasions and reasons provided in their Entry (“Judging Criteria”). In the event of a tie, a “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner based on the Judging Criteria. Sponsor will not reveal the number of votes received for any Entry. 

Limit one (1) vote per person.  Multiple votes received from any person will be disqualified. Votes generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, bots, automated or any other means – in a manner that (in Sponsor’s discretion) is unfair, unsportsmanlike, or could impair the integrity of the voting process – may be void. Votes obtained by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements, payment for votes or offering to trade votes, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in those votes being void.

By participating, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms (dba Facebook), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the voting process, Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen or delayed votes or for incorrect/inaccurate voting information or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, votes. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any vote to be cast or tabulated on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the website, or any combination thereof or for any other reason. Released Parties are also not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's device relating to or resulting from participation in voting process. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend the voting or void any vote should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, action of any individual, or other cause corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the voting. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be violating these rules, tampering with the voting process, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or improper manner and void all associated votes. Neither the Trainer Games 2 Contestant Contest nor the voting process is sponsored, administered, or sponsored by Facebook.
