Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla iFit Nutrition Protein powder (whey)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the protein powder and peanut butter until smooth.
    In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate and coconut oil.
    Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is smooth.
    Line a mini muffin pan with liners.
    Layer half of the chocolate, then the peanut butter, then the other half of the chocolate in each cup.
    Cool or freeze, then enjoy!
