How it works

The Strength in 4 Dumbbell Series is structured around five workouts each week that target key areas of strength and mobility. With sessions ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, you get maximum impact in minimal time, making it great for busy days or squeezing in a quick workout between commitments.

Each week includes:

  • Upper body strength: Focus on shoulders, arms, chest, and back with controlled, targeted movements.
