Discover the Joy of Running with Tommy Rivs in Sardinia

Ready to take the first steps toward discovering the joy of running? Whether you’re brand new to running or looking for a fresh start in your fitness journey, the Joy of Running Part 1: Sardinia with iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs is designed for you! 

Filmed in the breathtaking beauty of Sardinia, this 20-part series gradually builds your endurance, helping you run for 30 minutes continuously by the end of the program.

A Step-by-Step Approach for Beginners

This series is structured to guide beginners through a progressive journey to becoming a runner. With a mix of walking and running intervals, iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs will support and motivate you along scenic coastal paths, historic towns, and stunning landscapes. 

This series will be released throughout the month of March 2025 with five workouts dropping Monday through Friday each week:

  • March 3 - 7: Part 1 (Workouts 1-5)
  • March 10 - 14: Part 2 (Workouts 6-10)
  • March 17 - 21: Part 3 (Workouts 11-15)
  • March 24 - 28: Part 4 (Workouts 16-20)

This new format is designed to keep you engaged, build consistency, and stay on track! 

Here’s how it works:

One workout will be released each day, Monday-Friday. Look in the Featured Now row of your iFIT Dashboard for each day's workout. If you miss a workout, use the Browse feature to find it.

Once all the workouts are released, the entire series will be available in the iFIT Library.

Regardless of your current fitness level, this new series is all about embracing the joy of movement. With iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs leading the way, you’ll gain confidence, build endurance, and fall in love with running–all while exploring the beauty of Sardinia.
