The iFIT Library offers a variety of workouts to help you reach your fitness goals—all led by dedicated iFIT Trainers with highly experienced backgrounds, including former Olympians, expert cross-trainers, surfers, skiers, hikers, endurance athletes, bikers, runners, and more. Each trainer brings a unique outlook to their workouts and offers a diverse range of content to help you thrive throughout your fitness journey. 

Workouts you’ll find in the iFIT Library

Global Workouts

Travel the world while you train. From the white, sandy beaches of Bora Bora to the snow-capped mountains of Switzerland, our Global Workouts provide education, stunning scenery, and a good sweat. With 47 countries visited so far, we’re continually adding locations for you to see and experience.

Studio Classes

If you love working out in a high-energy group atmosphere, then Studio Classes are where it’s at. Drive toward your goals under flashing lights and upbeat music as your trainer delivers the positive energy and motivation you need to keep pushing.

Walking Workouts

Improve your heart health by walking to either build yourself up to running or lower the impact on your joints. Take advantage of being able to take in your surroundings at a slower pace, from guided safaris to tours in paradise. Walking workouts are available on treadmills and ellipticals.

Running Workouts

Choose from a variety of running workouts, including intervals, hills, sprints, races, tempos, endurance, weight loss, and recovery. You can move through busy city streets in the Japan Half Marathon Training Series with Tommy Rivs Puzey or alongside waterscapes in the New Zealand Fundamental Series with Zac Marion. The options are endless. Running workouts are available on treadmills and ellipticals.

Walk-run Workouts

Alternate between walking and running to improve your running form, technique, and endurance. Experience climbing hills in Peru, walking through South Africa, and sprinting in Arizona. Walk-run workouts are available on treadmills and ellipticals.

Hiking Workouts

A fun way to take in the natural scenery around you, our hiking workouts take you across trails all over the globe. With your trainer controlling your incline based on the mountain’s elevation, you’ll be sure to get in a good sweat. Hiking workouts are available on treadmills and ellipticals.

Road Cycling

Cycle along busy streets or off-the-grid roads with your trainer. Pursue intervals, recovery rides, HIIT, endurance, splints, tempo, climbs, or steady states to experience the beautiful streets of Utah, France, and many more places worldwide. Road cycling workouts are available on bikes.

Mountain Cycling

Cruise through nature as you ride along dirt trails and paths in rural spaces. Pursue intervals, recovery rides, HIIT, endurance, splints, tempo, climbs, or steady states. Mountain cycling workouts are available on bikes.


Trek through the snow to build cardiovascular endurance and experience the beauty of winter wonderlands! Whether you want to focus on intervals in Utah or recovery in Norway, you’ll be sure to get in a good sweat. Skiing workouts are available on ellipticals.


Row along waterscapes through valleys and under bridges to build a strong back and cardiovascular endurance. Outdoor workouts are available on rowing machines. 

Strength Workouts

Whether you want to build muscular endurance or focus on strength, iFIT Trainers are eager to help you become a warrior in weight training. From using dumbbells to just bodyweight, you’ll be toning and building your body in no time. Equipment is not always needed for strength workouts.


Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, find your escape in the studio or within unique landscapes. Learn beginner poses or master them as you move through your practice and journey, which often includes meditation. No equipment is needed for yoga.

Audio Workouts

A perfect opportunity to embrace your surroundings, audio-only workouts allow you to immerse yourself into the present moment—both indoors and during outdoor audio-only workouts. From mindful, low-impact workouts to higher-impact intensity, you’ll be able to focus hard on a variety of goals.

Mental health

Build a strong mindset through meditation and sleep guides to improve your mental health and relax your body. Listen to tranquilizing sounds and view beautiful landscapes as you better yourself. No equipment is needed for mental health workouts.

Active recovery

Stretch after a run, hold a yoga pose, or practice mobility movements on a day of recovery with your trainers worldwide—from Utah to Jordan. No equipment is needed for active recovery workouts…just your motivation!
