- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon coffee extract
- 8 ounces 70% cacao chocolate, chopped
Directions
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together milk, powdered sugar, and coffee extract.
- Heat until small bubbles form around the edge. Don’t let it boil.
- Add the chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Divide into two mugs.
