Meet iFIT Trainer Richard Biglia

With a background in musical theater, iFIT Trainer Richard Biglia is no stranger to the stage. He’s performed at The LA Phil and the Hollywood Bowl, to name a few of his accolades. Richard began working out to add to his dance training but quickly realized he had a passion for health and fitness. He dove headfirst into exercise and became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer to share his fitness journey and inspire others to break a sweat. Today, Richard is passionate about helping others get their muscles moving and achieve their goals, both in fitness and in life.
