Go Abroad in the ROAD TRIP: Europe Challenge!

It’s time for the last leg of your iFIT summer adventure, and we’ve saved the best road trip for last. So far, you’ve visited cities, national parks, and other must-see destinations across the United States, and joined your iFIT Trainers for adventures abroad in countries like  Costa Rica, Antigua, and Zambia. Now, we’re heading across the pond for some Old-World charm in the picturesque countries of Europe and beyond.

The ROAD TRIP: Europe Challenge takes you on a sightseeing tour of countries bound to strengthen your travel bug! During this exciting trip, you’ll journey into countries like Switzerland, England, Iceland, Portugal, and many more depending on your Challenge level. As with the previous ROAD TRIP Challenges this summer, your iFIT Trainers will wear the hats of both tour guides and coaches. Leave the luggage at home and come along with us on this European adventure!

If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the ROAD TRIP: Europe Challenge by August 31, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.

Here are this month’s Challenge levels:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Lace up for the walking tour of a lifetime on your treadmill or elliptical! Your favorite iFIT Trainers will lead the way through beautiful countries like Turkey, England, the Netherlands, Bosnia, and more in 8 unforgettable workouts.

Join ROAD TRIP: Europe Challenge: Walking

Running: Ready for a running adventure on your treadmill or elliptical? Take in the incredible sights of Spain, Switzerland, Croatia, Iceland, and more with your iFIT Trainers over 8 running workouts!

Bike workouts

Coasting: Cycle through quaint villages and unforgettable vistas like a local in these 6 bike workouts! From Italy and Switzerland to Iceland and Norway, you’ll cruise into must-see destinations in these countries with your favorite iFIT Trainers.

Cycling: Put your pedal skills to the test with 6 cycling workouts! Build endurance while visiting high-elevation regions in Italy, Spain, Iceland, France, Croatia, and Norway with your iFIT Trainers.

Rower workouts

Fresh Start Challenge

Are you ready to take on the new year and unleash your potential? Commit to your fitness in 2021 with our Fresh Start Challenge! This three-month iFIT Challenge will help you build healthy habits and maintain motivation in the new year. The Fresh Start Challenge focuses on the foundations of consistency, which can take your training to new heights! To complete the Challenge, finish 12 iFIT workouts each month from January through March. Any iFIT workout counts, including outdoor, studio, mobile app, and TV app workouts. (Manual workouts do not count toward this Challenge.) Complete all of your workouts by March 31, 2021 to earn your exclusive reward.
