Pumpkin Halloween Workout
Halloween is just around the corner! As you busily prepare your costume and get ready for all the parties, don’t forget to keep your body movin’. Instead of celebrating by filling up on a bunch of candy and treats, give your body what it really needs by treating yourself to this fun workout! You’re sure to feel and look great as you trick-or-treat all night!
You will need: One pumpkin of your choice.
Warm up: Bodyweight Movements
30 seconds of each: air squats, butt kickers, high knees, front to back hops, side to side hops, jumping jacks.
Main set: use the pumpkin with each movement.
4 rounds of:
20 Goblet squats
10 Wood chops (5 on each side)
10 Uneven push-ups
10 Twisting lunges (5 on each side)
20 Overhead tricep extensions
10 Sumo squats
20 Sit-ups to toes
10 Double-hand push-ups
5 minutes of light jogging. Stretch afterwards, if needed.
