iFIT Debuts Transform 90, a 90-Day At-Home Strength Program Led by Trainers Featured in MrBeast’s “Lose 150lbs Together, Win $250,000” Video

After guiding engaged couple Sara Mosby and Tre Fontana through their transformational journey together in the YouTube video viewed by millions, iFIT Trainers John Peel and Bree Cox bring their expert coaching approach to the new Transform 90 program, available now on iFIT.
Park City, UT — October 19, 2026 — iFIT is announcing the launch of Transform 90, a new 90-day, at-home strength program led by iFIT Trainers John Peel and Bree Cox. Peel and Cox are featured in MrBeast’s newly released “Lose 150lbs Together, Win $250,000” YouTube video, where they developed and guided the training plan that helped engaged couple Sara Mosby and Tre Fontana transform themselves ahead of their wedding.
Available now on iFIT, Transform 90 builds on the coaching principles Peel and Cox brought to Sara and Tre’s experience, giving members a structured way to train with them at home. The program includes approximately 45-minute strength, HIIT and mobility workouts across six days each week, with one rest day, in addition to ongoing support from the iFIT community.
Peel and Cox alternate coaching throughout the program, which combines upper-body, lower-body and full-body strength sessions with mobility. Transform 90 is designed for use with a set of dumbbells, a bench and a resistance band. For members who do not have access to every piece of equipment, Peel and Cox provide modifications that allow the program to be completed using only dumbbells. No cardio equipment is required.

In the MrBeast “Lose 150lbs Together, Win $250,000” video, Sara and Tre take on a demanding transformation challenge ahead of their wedding. Throughout the experience, they adjusted their daily routines, worked through physical challenges and learned to support one another through difficult days, all under the guidance of iFIT trainers John Peel and Bree Cox. NordicTrack supplied the gym equipment used on set.
Beyond the numbers on the scale, Sara and Tre’s story centers on the ways they supported one another, navigated setbacks and built habits they could carry forward after the challenge. Their relationship with John and Bree also extended beyond the workouts, with Sara and Tre describing the trainers as trusted advocates who supported them both on camera and behind the scenes.

Training, Tools and Community
Transform 90 also gives members structure outside each workout. The downloadable Transform 90 Kit includes a daily journal, habit tracker, macro guide, recipe collection and a letter-to-yourself exercise. A private Facebook community supports guided groups with check-ins, prompts and trainer guidance.
