Join Us for the Live Ogden Marathon 5K!

Team up with your iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson in Ogden, Utah to participate in this fun 5K run! Famous for being Utah’s premier running event, the Ogden Marathon 5K racecourse begins downtown and flows along the Ogden River Parkway’s tree-lined riverbank before heading back to the finish line. With an Ogden Marathon champion as your guide, this 5K is sure to become one of your favorite races to date!

Meet iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson

Raised in Utah County, Ashley Paulson has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her dad, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at eight years old. Today, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, who is also certified in kickboxing, Zumba, and cycling. As an Ironman athlete, she is a self-proclaimed cardio fanatic, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout. Some of her favorite things to do are hike, paddleboard, and eat!

How it works

On Saturday, May 21 at 9:30 a.m. ET, join iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson on your iFIT-enabled treadmill, elliptical, or the iFIT app on your smartphone or tablet. This race will also be rebroadcast the same day at 8 p.m. ET.

It’s your race, so set the pace that’s right for you. This 5K run is meant to be accessible and fun for all runners, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or lacing up for your very first race! After finishing this race, you’ll receive your digital reward in your Trophy Case!

The Live Ogden Marathon 5K will be posted in the iFIT Library a few days after the event, so you can relive the race-day rush whenever you like! 

Joining the Live Race


Join the Ogden Marathon 5K by tapping the “Live” icon on your iFIT-enabled treadmill, elliptical, or in the iFIT app. Join 10 minutes ahead of the start time, then scan the QR code to ask Ashley your pre-race questions. She might just answer them on the run!

Train for the race

Start preparing now to make the Ogden Marathon 5K your proudest 5K to date! Kick off your training with iFIT Trainer John Peel in his 5K Training Series Part 1: Vietnam. You can also work with Ogden Marathon Champion Ashley Paulson herself by joining her Beginner 5K Training Series Live Classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 a.m. ET!
