
Passport: What’s New in October
We’re filling up your fitness bucket with major treats this October! What awaits: A spooky Challenge and five new releases across tread, elliptical, bike, rower, and strength.
We kick off the month with a jogging adventure in Albania with iFIT Trainer Traci Copeland and a race-focused cycling series geared for those wanting longer rides. Mid-month, we’ll join iFIT Trainer Casey Sines for new rowing workouts that up the ante, and then, iFIT Trainer John Peel for an educational mini series helping you get the hang of our ActivePulse™ feature. At the end of the month, iFIT Trainer Hannah Eden brings a fun, Halloween-themed strength workout that’ll be so worth the wait!

New releases
- Albania Jog to Flow Series (10/01): Join iFIT Trainer Traci Copeland in the Albania Jog to Flow Series, where you'll explore Albania's stunning landscapes and historic landmarks through a mix of interval and progression jogs, followed by restorative yoga flows. (Treadmill/Elliptical)
- Advanced Race Training (10/07): Get ready for a challenge with iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson! In this 10-part series, you’ll take on endurance, race intervals, and race simulation rides to help you train for upcoming races. These are all 60+ minute rides, so make sure you bring hydration and nutrition to every ride! (Bike)
- Premier Endurance Rowing Series (10/14): Join iFIT Trainer Casey Sines for the Premier Endurance Rowing Series. This progressive training program is designed to challenge and enhance your overall fitness level, ensuring you build stamina and strength effectively. (Rower)
- Zion ActivePulse™ Mini Series (10/21): In this 3-part program, you’ll bike through beautiful Zion National Park, Utah with iFIT Trainer John Peel! You’ll learn how to successfully use the ActivePulse™ feature, the five heart rate zones, and how lifestyle factors can affect your training. (Bike)
- Halloween Strength Training (10/25): Get into the Halloween spirit with iFIT Trainer Hannah Eden’s Halloween Strength Training! In under 20 minutes, you’ll experience a bewitching total-body workout using a mat and dumbbells (and another surprise!). (Strength)
New Challenge
- Wicked Workout Challenge (10/01): It’s time to make the most of the fall season! Join the Wicked Workout Challenge and travel to picturesque landscapes to take in the changing leaves, crisp air, and a few spooky locations. No matter which modality you choose, you’re sure to find ways to welcome the fall season as you sweat.
