iFIT's AI Halloween Workouts Are Here: Four Immersive Rides and Runs for the Spookiest Season

If you have ever wanted your treadmill run to feel like a zombie chase or your bike ride to cross a haunted bridge at midnight, iFIT's new AI Halloween workouts were built for you.

Four new workouts launched just in time for Halloween, each built around an original AI-generated narrative that turns your cardio session into a fully immersive experience. Here is everything you need to know.

What are iFIT's AI Halloween workouts?

iFIT's AI Halloween workouts are narrative-driven treadmill and bike sessions that pair your physical effort with an original horror story delivered in real time. The intensity of your workout mirrors the tension of the story. The faster you move, the deeper you go. These are not theme workouts with spooky music. They are full immersive experiences built to keep you moving by making you feel like something is chasing you.

What Halloween workouts does iFIT have?

iFIT launched four AI Halloween workouts for 2026:

Zombie Outbreak: Outrun the Dead (Treadmill and Bike)

The city has fallen. You are one of the last ones standing and they know it. Every sprint buys you another minute. This interval-driven workout uses the urgency of a zombie outbreak to push you through efforts you would not otherwise hit. Available on treadmill and bike.

Outrun the Dead

Outbike the Dead

The Cursed Night Ride (Bike)

Once every hundred years, the wall between worlds comes down at sunset and does not hold until dawn. Tonight is that night. Your ride takes you from a fog-wrapped graveyard through a moonlit forest, past the ruins of a burning church, and across the bridge where Agnes Thorne was hanged in 1704. Ride from sundown to sunrise, or don't ride at all.

Survive the Cursed Night Ride

Witches Coven Initiation (Treadmill)

Three trials stand between you and the coven: a shifting forest, a swamp that remembers everyone who enters, and a broom. Survive all three and you will not just join the coven. You will finally become what you were always meant to be.

Join the Witches Coven

Haunted House Tour (Treadmill)

The gate opens on its own for the ones it has chosen. Every hallway leads to another room, every door to another house, and every house to something worse. Ghosts at dinner tables. Vampires on ancient thrones. Goblins behind walls of teeth and bone. Keep moving. The Reaper is waiting at the end for whoever stops.

Are iFIT Halloween workouts good for cardio?

Yes. Each workout is structured around real cardio effort, with intervals and sustained efforts designed to build endurance and burn calories. The narrative does the motivational work so you stay in the effort longer than you would in a standard session. Zombie Outbreak and Haunted House Tour are particularly effective interval workouts.

Ready to immerse yourself in the spooky season? The workouts are ready for you to explore, if you dare.
