Welcome to the French Polynesia Walk-to-Jog Series, a journey to build your strength and endurance as you explore the islands of Tahiti and Moorea. You’ll complete walking, jogging, and cross-training workouts with iFIT Trainers Hannah Eden & Paulo Barreto to help you progress through this 20-part series.
For years, Hannah Eden has honed her craft as a coach and athlete. In 2014, she began competing at an elite level, becoming one of the Top 100 Fittest Women in the Southeast Region of the U.S. That experience, combined with her knowledge in free-weight training and lifting, is what makes Hannah a top fitness leader. You can expect her workouts to be a little wild and always a good sweat.

In 2013, Brazilian trainer Paulo Barreto’s wife (hello Hannah Eden!), invited him to join her for a class at their local gym. One year later, this newfound passion led him to become a personal trainer. He eventually quit his job to dedicate all of his time to training and coaching. Paulo is an IKFF Kettlebell Sport L1 Trainer, Animal Flow® L1 Trainer, and a HIIT Master Trainer at PumpFit Club. Fun fact: He once paddle boarded 75 miles!

French Polynesia is a collection of 100 islands located in the South Pacific. This picturesque area is known for white and black sand beaches, over-the-water bungalow hotels, as well as mountains and rugged backcountry hiking. It’s the perfect location to jog and explore!

Hannah and Paulo will coach you through a variety of walking, jogging, and cross-training workouts so you can take in this breathtaking location as you gain endurance and speed.
